Business Development / B2B Outside Sales

Signarama-Fond du Lac/Appleton is looking for an Outside Salesperson responsible for promoting the company's products and services and for building relationships with new and existing accounts. Our main focus is to help our customers by listening and researching their business needs and developing a mix of products and services to meet those needs.

Responsibilities

  • Meets with and carries on business conversations with business owners and decision makers.
  • Answers questions about products, prices, availability, etc.
  • Sells consultatively and makes recommendations to prospects and clients using our unique products and services.
  • Follows up on new leads and referrals resulting from phone, marketing and field activities
  • Prepares presentations, estimates and sales contracts
  • Completes all paperwork and follows established procedures from initiation through completion of project
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Strong consultative selling skills/experience
  • Able to effectively and efficiently organize, prioritize and mange clients, team members and work
  • Superior relationship building, networking and customer service skills
  • Profiecient computer and internet skills, including Microsoft Office suite
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Fluent English speaking and writing skills
  • Basic mathematics skills (adding, subtracting, multiplying, dividing, converting fractions to decimals)
  • Ability to read a tape measure accurately
  • Spelling, grammar, punctuation competencies.
  • Prompt, reliable, and responsible with evident self-motivation
  • Strong interpersonal and networking skills
  • High school diploma required
  • Valid driver's license

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
